Sting performs live in quarantine

Sting made another appearance on “Rolling Stone’s” IGTV series “In My Room.” For the former Police frontman’s second time on the show, he performed a live set from his home studio in Wiltshire, England.

After a few thankful words, Sting kicked off the set with the Police’s “Message In A Bottle” from their 1979 album “Reggatta de Blanc.” Backed by a percussion track to his acoustic guitar, he also played two solo hits, “Fragile” and “Englishman in New York” from his 1987 album “Nothing Like The Sun.”

“I’m also grateful for our healthcare workers, who are doing an extraordinary job, risking their lives every day on the front line,” Sting said. “The best thing that we can do is to help them, and not to get sick, and not to add to their workload, because we are all in this together.” Check out the performance above.
