John Fogerty spent a lot of time with his family during quarantine and the result is a brand new album. The Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman and his brood are set to release “Fogerty’s Factory” on November 20th.
“When the world stopped in March due to the pandemic, the news was bleak and scary,” Fogerty explains. “We were all unsure of everything we once knew or took for granted. However, it also brought many of us together, we soon found we had time we never had before.”
He adds, “Our family wanted to do something that might bring a smile or help others, so [my wife] Julie suggested we bring music to ease some of the pain we were all feeling…So, we gathered in our home studio and created music,” noting, “This was a wonderful way of connecting with our family and fans through music.”
The album has Fogerty and his fam performing several of his famous songs, including “Centerfield,” “Proud Mary,” “Have You Ever Seen The Rain” and more.
